Explanation:

On the basis of the status of development, resources are classified into four groups, namely potential, developed, stock and reserve. ... (ii) Developed Resources : Developed resources are those which are estimated in terms of their quantity and quality for utilisation, e.g., water, soil, forests.

It shall be the duty of every citizen of India to protect and improve the natural environment including forests, lakes, rivers and wildlife, and to have compassion for living creatures.” The above mentioned constitutional provisions impose two-fold responsibilities.

Human resources is the company department charged with finding, screening, recruiting and training job applicants, and administering employee-benefit programs. HR responsibilities include compensation and benefits, recruitment, firing, and keeping up to date with any laws that may affect the company and its employees.

Time is an important factor in making a substance resource. Resources are developed according to the needs of the people. The needs of people can differ from time to time. This change in needs leads to discoveries and inventions, making substance into resources.

Sustainable development has been defined in many ways, but the most frequently quoted definition is from Our Common Future, also known as the Brundtland Report: "Sustainable development is development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs."
