a. Federalism is the mixed or compound mode of government, combining a general government with regional governments in a single political system.

b. Right to Equality. The Constitution says that the government shall not deny to any person in India equality before the law or the equal protection of the laws. It means that the laws apply in the same manner to all, regardless of a person's status. This is called the rule of law.

c. The Right against Exploitation enshrined in the Indian Constitution guarantees dignity of the individual. It also prohibits the exploitation or misuse of service by force or inducement in the following ways: It prohibits human trafficking i.e. it criminalises buying and selling of human beings like a commodity.
