1 on morning of 14th july 1789 the city of paris was in a state of alarm because a rumor had spread that the king louis xvl had commanded his army to attack n open fire on the citizens ...so nearly 7000 men n women gathered in front of the town hall and decided to form a military of the common people.....so eventually they broke into many government offices n ransacked the place in search of arms
2 as because louis xvl refused to accord recognition to the national assembly ....then high and rising price of bread ...led to the attack or storming of the Bastille..... the attack of bastille occurred in France on the morning of 14 July 1789....the intention of the people of bastille was to gather the weapons but without gun powder....at that time bastille had only 7 prisoners n it was nearly empty ....and the people broke into the government buildings in search of arms and freed all the 7 prisoners
