Actually Welcome to the Concept of the Congruency.

a. )Here, we can see that, when two rectangles are congruent, then there sides are equal and parallel.

b.)When two circles are congruent there radius are equal and also in case of the triangles the angles are equal and sides are similar.

Hence,

1.) DG = 4 cm, that is totally similar to AD.

2.) Since both are similar, thus r = d/2 , hence radius = 4 cm.

3.) AAA is never a Congruency criterion.
