Therefore using Pythagoras theoram

PQ^2 + QR^2 = PR^2

AB^2 + BC^2 = PR^2 (given PQ=AB and QR=BC)

also it is given AB^2 + BC^2 = AC^2

This implies that AC=PR

All three sides of ∆ABC and ∆PQR are equal, so by SSS congruence rule they are congurent

Thus, by cpct

angle B = angle Q

= 90°

Hence proved
