For a right angle triangle, radius of circumcircle is half of hypotenuse.
hypotenuse =  \sqrt{ {20}^{2}  +  {21}^{2} }  = 29 \: cm \\ therefore \\ radius \:  \: of \:  \: circumcircle \\  =  \frac{29}{2}  = 14.5 \: cm
