It is given that,

 { (\frac{3}{4}) }^{ - 5}  \times  { (\frac{3}{4}) }^{ - 6}  =  { (\frac{3}{4}) }^{ - 2x - 3}

Here, since the variables are same let's equate the components :

Since it is multiplied, we have to add the exponents of the left hand side.

 - 5 + ( - 6) =  - 2x - 3

 - 5 - 6 =  - 2x - 3

 - 11 =  - 2x - 3

 - 11 + 3 =  - 2x

 - 8 =  - 2x

 \frac{8}{2}  = x

x = 4

Hence,

Hence,The the required value of x is 4
