I am answering the B2 question, i.e, Dialogue writing.

Rahul: Hey, Reesha!
Reesha: Hey, Rahul! How have you been?

Rahul: I'm all good. Have you heard about the donation camp at Navratna School?
Reesha: The one to be held on 27th and 28th of August?

Rahul: Yes, yes. Are you volunteering for it?
Reesha: Yep, I like doing charity works.

Rahul: Yea, me too. The flood victims from Konkan were really devastated by the recent flood.
Reesha: True! It was one horrible flood. I am going to volunteer and donate my old unused clothes to the victims.

Rahul: How blessed they'll feel! I am also going to join you this time.
Reesha: That will be wonderful! It is your first time doing charity work, right?

Rahul: Yes, I never thought giving old and worn things to someone would actually help them in any way...
Reesha: Oh, but it does! We donate our old clothes, toys, etc. to people who can't afford it. It makes them happier than you think it will!

Rahul: Really? I can understand the flood victims; they have lost their houses and need basic necessities like clothes.
Reesha: There are many more people who are in severe need of the most basic necessities of life, even food and water. Instead of throwing away your old things, you can donate them to charities and organisations or NGOs

Rahul: Wow, I never knew that my old stuff could be a life saver to someone.
Reesha: Yes; we should be thankful to God for having been provided with all we need, but we shouldn't waste it.

Rahul: True, I understand now! I'll go back home and pack all the old clothes, books and shoes I have and will donate them.
Reesha: Nice! I guess I should go and do the same. Meet you at the donation camp!

Rahul: Sure! Bye!
Reesha: Bye!

I guess it was a little short, but I hope it forms the basic helpline for you. You can add in more dialogues and facts to make it more interesting : )

Donors Risen to Help Konkan Flood Victims

This is kvn reporting for "The Brainly Eye and Ear" newspaper.  Again the donors of India have risen to the occasion to help the helpless victims affected by the recent floods in Konkan.

In response to the leaflets and advertisement placed in "The Brainly Eye and Ear", the readers and their friends and relatives have contributed in a major way to the cause.  Thousands of people donated old clothes, shoes, books, shawls, towels, slippers, mufflers, blankets and so on. Though the collection center was far away to many people, they found a way to send their goods. It is really appreciable and noble that many courier and postal services have accepted packages free of charge and delivered them here quickly.

Two hundred and fifty volunteers have stood at various junctions with placards asking for donations during the 27th and 28 th of August.  They have done a remarkable job of collecting a lot of useful materials for the victims. In spite of the heat, cold and rain they managed to their job well.

Donors have given around more or less good-to-use materials, though 20% of them were thrown away as they were not fit. It is good that some even donated inner clothing too. All the collected materials will be sent to the victims by a free service vehicle provided by XXXXX transport service tomorrow.  Three volunteers will travel in it and personally distribute the materials to victims.

I take this opportunity on behalf of "The Brainly Eye and Ear" Newspaper to thank all volunteers and donors for their timely help.  You have proved that we Indians hold the values of humanity.
