2sina - 1 = 0 \\ 2sina = 1 \\ sina =  \frac{1}{2}

Therefore,

3sina - 4 {sin}^{3} a \\  = 3( \frac{1}{2} ) - 4( { \frac{1}{2}) }^{3}  \\  =  \frac{3}{2}  -  \frac{4}{8}  \\  =  \frac{3}{2}  -  \frac{1}{2}  \\  =  \frac{3 - 1}{2}  \\  =  \frac{2}{2}  = 1
