  1. In the above table the element which belongs to 3rd period and IA group is element B as only the elements which have 1 electron in outermost shell belongs to IA.
  2. The highest non-metallic element in the above table is element A as it only requires 1 electron to acheive inert gas configuration so it will be highest non-metallic element.
  3. element D is the noble element as in p-subshell there can be only 6 electrons so element D has attained inert gas configuration.
  4. Electron affinity of A will be more than that of B as A is non metal is its tendency to gain electron will be more than that of B which is a metal.
