 \frac{x}{3}  +  \frac{5}{2}  =  \frac{ - 3}{8}  \\  =  >  \frac{2x + 15}{6}  =  \frac{ - 3}{8}  \\ 2x + 15 =  \frac{6  \times  - 3}{8}
2x + 15 =  - 2.25 \\ 2x =  - 17.25 \\ x =  \frac{ - 17.25}{2}  \\ x = 8.625 \\
