Take two types of different wire .One is of nichrome and second is of copper .Such that they are of same length , area , and at constant temperature .

Form an electric circuit with copper wire , source , ammeter , voltmeter etc. Similarly , make an electric circuit for nichrome wire .

We will observe that even after giving same potential difference the ratio of potential to current is not constant , when the resistance of nichrome and copper is related comparably to each other .
