Answer: The title, "The Summit Within" refers to the inner strength one must have to complete absolutely anything. The word summit means "the highest point" and the word within is referring to inner strength which would be the possession of willpower, self-discipline, and staying power. So "The Summit Within" would be the highest point that your inner strength can reach. Ahluwalia says "Internal summits are perhaps higher than Mount Everest" because internal summits are harder to reach and can feel more achieving than climbing Mount Everest when you meet them. This is what I believe.
