Total length of the rope- 63.45

Length of one piece of the rope- 23.59

Length of the other piece of the rope-

63.45-23.59=39.86

Hence the length of the second piece of rope is 39.86

Total Length of Rope=63.45 m

Length of the first piece=23.59 m

Then,

Length of the other one= total Length of rope-Length of 1st piece

=> 63.45 m - 23.59 m

=> 39.86 m
