Since h2 is greater than h1 , so ,

P.E = mgh will be greater of the stone which is located at h2 height...

K.E = P.E (law of conservation of energy)

The stone located at h2 has more K.E hence exerts more force...

P1 of stone 1 = m(v1) ....Note V1 < V2 ( since stone 2 is falling from h2)

P2 of stone 2 = m(v2) ....

P1 < P2...
