2^{2x+1} = 4^{2x-1}

⇒2^{2x+1} = 2^{2*(2x-1)}

⇒2^{2x+1} = 2^{4x-2}

⇒2x+1 = 4x-2

⇒ 3 = 4x - 2x

⇒ 2x = 3

⇒ x = 3/2
