a) Acetic acid and water reacts to form VINEGAR

CH3COOH + H20 > CH3COO + H30

b) Acetic acid reacts with Baking soda

(Acid + Metal Hydrogen Carbonate)

Salt + water + Carbondioxide is formed

CH3COOH + NaHCO3 > H20 + CO2 + NaCH3gCOO
