Given:

mass(m)=500g

Converting g into kg..

1000g=1 kg

so 500g=?

 \dfrac{500×1}{1000}

 \dfrac{500}{1000}

00 will cut out

so here we get:

 \dfrac{5}{10}

Now,

 \sf \green{v_1=20 \ ms^-1}

 \sf \pink{v_2=30 \ ms^-1}

Now find kinetic energy of in this case

 \sf \purple{k_1=m}  \dfrac{(v_1)^2}{2}

 \sf \orange{k_1=0.5}× \dfrac{20^2}{2}

 \sf \red{k_1=100 \ J}

_____________________

 \sf \green{k_2=m}  \dfrac{(v_2)^2}{2}

 \sf \blue{k_2=0.5}× \dfrac{30^2}{2}

 \sf \pink{k_2=225 \ J}

W=ΔK= \sf \purple{K_2-K_1}

So,

W= \sf \orange{(225-100)J}

W= \sf \red{125J}

\large{\boxed{\mathtt{\Blue{125 \ Joule}}}}
