Disputes over the Bills are resolved in the following manner:

a. Ordinary Bill- Any disagreement between both the houses is resolved through a Joint sitting or session. It is because of the numerical advantage, the view of the Lok Sabha is likely to prevail in such a meeting.

b. Money Bill-
With regard to money bill, it can be introduced only in Lok Sabha and not in Rajya Sabha. However, Rajya Sabha may delay the bill for 14 days or may make any recommendations which may or may not be accepted by the Lok Sabha. If Rajya Sabha delays the bill by more than 14 days the bill is deemed to have been passed.
