There is nothing more about brunos toys or games as i know bruno used a stick as a toy to play with the Alsatian dogs which live in the narrator's home..

Baba was a fully grown up bear then. He equalled more than two dogs in height. At times he was playful and in a mischievous mood. He could do a few trick. At the command of author's wife Baba could wrestle or box . He would hold a stick like a gun.
