Explanation:

1) Skeletal connective tissue is a type of connective tissue which is composed of solid matrix and cells . It consists of bone, cartilage, tendons and ligaments, The main function of it is to provide support and protect the soft part of the body. It also gives shape and form to the body.

2) Cardic muscles have the property of both straited muscles and unstraited muscles or smooth muscles, which is the property of smooth. Cardiac muscle also have a feature of skeletal muscle. Like skeletal muscles, cardiac muscles cross striations formed by rotating segments of thick and thin protein filaments and primary structural proteins of cardiac muscles are myosin and actin. However, skeletal muscles and voluntary as they are supplied with the somatic nerve.

3) The cork is formed by several layers of epidermal cells. These cells are dead and compactly arranged without intercellular spaces. They also have a chemical called Suberin in their walls that makes impervious to gases and roots.

so cork is acting as a protective tissue.

4) Animals in colder region have thick layers of fat , because fact act as an insulator and doesn't let their body heat escape, which helps them survive in such extreme temperatures. Also as not much vegetation is available in colder region, the layers store nutrients that help the animal when needed.

5) It is because of collenchayma tissue as it has a property of flexibility and shock absorbing capacity due to deposition of pectin which doesn't allow breaking of branch. Collenchyma are simple permanent tissues.
