bulb A =

P = v * I

I = 50/220

= 0.22A

bulb B

I = 100/220

= 0.45A

resistance of bulb A

R = V^2 / P

= 220*220/50

= 968 ohms

R of B

R = V^2/P

= 220*220/100

= 484 ohms

total resistance = 1452ohms

V = I *R

I = 440/1452

= 0.30

since the current at bulb B is more than total current it gets fused

chondibaaz: doesnt bulb a get fused beacause current of more than its capacity is flowing through i
malavikabala012003: sorry.. I have written the other way round..
chondibaaz: but a will fuse right?
malavikabala012003: bulb A gets fused
chondibaaz: ok thanks
