Answer:

VII 1-The elbow has a hinge joint. This type of a joint allows the movement in one plane only. Therefore, our elbow cannot move backwards.

2-Snails move with the help of their muscular foot. They produce a wave like motion along their foot, contracting and stretching their muscle which pushes the body of the snail against the surface moving in the forward direction.

3-An earthworm moves using circular and longitudinal muscles, as well as bristles called setae. The earthworm can push the setae out of its body to grab the soil around it. To move forward, the worm uses its setae to anchor the front of its body and contracts the longitudinal muscles to shorten its body.

4-The skeletal system works as a support structure for your body. It gives the body its shape, allows movement, makes blood cells, provides protection for organs and stores minerals. The skeletal system is also called the musculoskeletal system.

5-Birds have hollow bones that are very light and strong. Their feathers are light and the shape of their wings is perfect for catching the air. Their lungs are great at getting oxygen and very efficient, so they can fly for very long distances without getting tired.
