The answers are as follows-
Wavelength is the distance between two consecutive crests or troughs. It's the length of a wave.
Amplitude is the minimum displacement of a wave from its mean position to its extreme position. It can be understood by the measure of maximum extent of a wave.
Loudness is that characteristic of sound which depends on amplitude and determines how intense the sound is.
Shrillness- It's again a characteristic of sound that depends on the frequency of a sound wave, it determines how shrill a voice is. Usually, female's voice is more shriller than that of men.
Frequency is the no. of oscillations made by the wave in a given unit of time.
Sound Intensity is measured as the sound power per unit area, It is the quality of a sound being intense.
(I wasn't sure about what you mean by the vibrating stipe, or it is the vibrating part during the emission of sound waves that enables us to hear the sound?)
Anyway, I hope this much is clear? :)
