Step-by-step explanation:

2) Let h be the height of trapezium.

Given: Sum of Base of trapezium (b1+b2)=60 cm

Area of trapezium =600 cm2

⇒600=21×(b1+b2)×h

⇒600=21×60×h

⇒h=60600×2

⇒h=20

∴ Height of trapezium =20 cm

3)One parallel side =12m, distance between parallel side =15m

Area =210m2

Let x be other parallel side

Area of trapezium=21×Sum of parallel sides×Distance between them.

Area =21×15×(12+x)

210=215(12+x)

28=12+x

x=16m    (Answer)

4) ??

5)20mm

6)Surface Area =154 square cm.

4πr2=154

r2=4×22154×7=449

r=27 cm

Volume,

V=34πr3

V=34×722×(27)3

V=179.66 cm3

7) Given cuboidal tanks having,

Length(l)=30cm

Breadth(b)=30cm

Height(h)=1m 60cm

=100cm+60cm

=160cm

Given, Cuboidal tank already has petrol till height 40cm.

To find: cm3 of vmore petrol that tanks can contain.

Sol: Volume of max petrol that tanks can contain=(Totalvolumeoftank)−(volumeofcuboidaltanktakingheight40cm)

[using formula → Volume of cuboidal=l×b×h]

We get,

Required volume=[(30×30×160)−(30×30×40)]cm3

=30×30[160−40]cm3

=30×30×120cm3

=108000cm3.

8) Volume of cubiod=50000litres=60m3

1000litres=1m3

lbh=10×4×h=5

height=4060=1.5m

9)r=4.2 m

h=3.5 m

Volume of the drum = πr2h=[3.14×(4.2)2×3.5] m3

The volume of each bag of wheat =2.1 cubic meter

Number of bags = 2.13.14×4.2×4.2×3.5=92.316=92 bags nearly
