(2) in set up (A) and (C) liquid used is potassium hydroxide.

in set up (B) liquid used is a salt solution ex- nacl.

(3) retorts in set up (A) contains dried seeds and retorts in set up (B) and (C) contains soaked seeds.

(4) and (5) in set up (A) there is no change in :

the koh (potassium hydroxide) in beaker and seeds in the retorts .

In set up (B) there is no change in beaker and the retorts

but In set up (C) the soaked seeds in retorts get germinated and hydrogen gas is pushed upwards in the retort .

(6) The process in the study shows us about the germination of seeds in different conditions through chemical reactions
