2) rice is not produced in western rajasthan because generally, rice needs more water to grow. but as we know western rajasthan cannot support for the water which is needed to grow rice. and also rajasthan don't have more trees, so there is no rain also. so rice is not produced in western rajasthan.

3) Seeds kept in an airtight container do not sprout because there is not contact with air and water (moisture). Plants need water and moisture to grow .
