Answer:

  1. Because insulators are bad conductors of heat and electricity which are used for coating on wires so that while using the one should nt expirence any electric shock.
  2. Avoid water at all times when working with electricity. Never touch or try repairing any electrical equipment or circuits with wet hands. It increases the conductivity of electric current. Never use equipment with frayed cords, damaged insulation or broken plugs.
  3. An electrical conductor conducts electricity. The ability to conduct electricity is called electrical conductivity. Most metals, like iron and copper, are electrical conductors. These metals are used to make wires to carry electric current.
  4. Insulators work as protectors. They may protect heat, sound and the passage of electricity. Thermal insulators, sound insulators and electrical insulators are used for various reasons, from keeping houses warm to protecting electrical wires and soundproofing rooms.
  5. If the connecting wire of a circuit breaks down, while a device is working then there will be sparks at that point and the device will stop functioning.
  6. In a series circuit, every device must function for the circuit to be complete. One bulb burning out in a series circuit breaks the circuit. In parallel circuits, each light has its own circuit, so all but one light could be burned out, and the last one will still function.
