26.S1.Peel out a very thin covering of the surface of a leaf.

S2. Take distilled water in petredish and soak that peel in it for few minutes.

S3. Now take glecrein and spread it over the thin covering.

S4. Now put that piece over slide and with the help of pin cover it with the glass slip. So that no air bubble could remain on it.

S5. Put it under microscope and observe the stomata.
