question 1 :- how do microbes clean the environment?

Answer 1 :- Microbes like bacteria and fungi decompose dead and organic matter into simple organic substances and bring the valuable nutrients back to earth, then the decomposed matter is used by Green plants for making their food.

question 2 :- Define the term microbiology?

Answer :- The study of microorganism , which are unicellular or cell-cluster microscopic organisms is known as microbiology and the scientists who study then are known as microbiologist.

question 3 :- What is food poisoning?

Answer :- microbes when grow on food, emit some toxic substances which spoil the food or make it poisonous. conduit spoiled food may result in serious illness like vomiting, diarrhea, stomach ache and even death. It is called food poisoning.

question 4 :- How does digestion of cellulose take place in cows?

Answer :- cellulose degrading bacteria present in the stomach of cows help in digestion of cellulose in cows. This bacteria lives symbiotically in the rumen (stomach) of cows.

question 5 :- what are preservatives?

answer :- The substances which help in treating and storing of food items to prevent their spoilage, while maintaining its texture flavour and nutritive value to an extent are known as preservatives.
