5(4x-9y+3 = 0)

20x - 44y +12=0

20x - 45y +15=0

Put value of y in eqn 1

5x+3=11×3

5x+3 =33

5x= 30

x=6

Age of Sanchi = 4x = 4×6=24 yrs
