Hey buddy here is your answer :

1) No cells do not look alike in terms of shape and size because different shape and structures are needed for different tasks.

2) All cells do not look alike in structure their structure depends on the function they form and the environment they live in , for example a nerve cell is different from the sperm cell.

3) Yes , we can find differences in cells from various parts of the plant body. There are different types of cells in a plant body. They have different structures and perform different functions. So, root cells could differ from the types of cells present in stems or leaves.

4) There are different types of cells . But prokaryotes and eukaryotes are true cell structure and types. The simialrity between them is that the genetic material that is the DNA is common between the two cells.

Hope it helps.

Have a good day dear.

Answer to the given questions with reasons are given below:

1. No, all cells do not look alike in size or shape. It is because different size and shapes are required for performing different tasks. For example: the shape of neuron is like a string which enables it to get stretched to connect to other neurons.

2. No, all cells do not look same in structure. It is because the function of a cell is dependent on the structure of the cell. So, cells having different structures performs different types of functions. Example: structure of muscle cell is different from that of bone cell.

3. Yes, there are differences among the cells of diffrent parts of a plant body. It is because they perform various different kinds of functions. Therefore, in the same plant, the root cells can differ from the stem cells or leave cells.

4. Similarity is that we can find a central nucleus in different types of cell.
