By right hand thumb rule, the direction of the magnetic field will be outwards.
The net magnetic field on the point "X" would be " zero " because the lines of force on the two conductors will act on opposite direction to each other.

their is zero magnetic field inside capacitor
bcoz the field due to first plate is cancelled out by the field of another plate.
for finding this u can apply right hand thumb rule which will show opposite nature of magnetic field produce by both the plates at point X.
