Q1) Draw the perpendicular bisector of 6 cm and write the steps of construction.

Steps of Construction :

⟹ draw a line segment AB= 6 cm with the help of ruler.

⟹ With vertex A, by using compass take more than half of AB and draw arcs, one each side of side of AB.

⟹ With vertex B, by using compass with same length, cut the previous arcs at X and Y respectively.

Each part measures = 3 cm

Q2) Construct the angle of 15⁰and write the steps of construction.

Steps of Construction :

⟹ Draw an angle of 60⁰

⟹ Bisect the angle using compass and you will get the angle of 30⁰

⟹ Again, bisect the angle using compass and you will get the angle of 15⁰
