\huge\underline{\bf{Given}}

Three parallelograms with different heights and bases.

\huge\underline{\bf{To\: find}}

Their area.

\huge\underline{\bf{Formula\: used}}

☆ Area of parallelogram = base × height

\huge\underline{\bf{Solution}}

(a) In this parallelogram, we have

  • Base = 7 cm
  • Height = 4 cm

→ Area = 7 × 4

→ Area = 28 cm²

(b) In this parallelogram, we have

  • Base = 5 cm
  • Height = 3 cm

→ Area = 5 × 3

→ Area = 15 cm²

(c) In this parallelogram, we have

  • Base = 2.5 cm
  • Height = 3.5 cm

→ Area = 2.5 × 3.5

→ Area = 8.75 cm²

Hence,

Area of given parallelograms are

⇝ (a) = 28 cm²

⇝ (b) = 15 cm²

⇝ (c) = 8.75 cm²
