a) Find the capacity of tank in litres .
b) How much of plastic is needed to make this water tank which is closed at the top as well.

Volume of the tank= π×r²×h
=22/7×1.4/2×1.4/2×1
=3.08m³
a) 1m³=1000 litres
=3.08m³=3080 litres
b) total Surface area of the tank = 2×π×r×h+2×π×r²
=2×22/7×1.4/2×1+2×22/7×1.4/2×1.4/2
=7.48m² plastic needed
