Hope You will Understand

Again I am writing here

Let the other be take x

According to the question

 x + ( \frac{ - 11}{5}) =  - 4

x =  \frac{11}{5 }  =  - 4

x =  - 4 +  \frac{11}{5}

x =  \frac{ - 20 + 11}{5}

x =   \frac{ - 9}{5}

so \: the \:answer \: is \:  =   \frac{ - 9}{5}
