HELLO FRIEND HERE IS YOUR ANSWER,,,,,,,,
EXPLANATION?????
Here you go,
That instance when you submit ones work, even if it's your neighbour, good friend, relative or maybe your own parent. This kind of plagiarism can be shown under "Academic Disconduct" or a improper way to breach the laws and ethics especially for Academia. Usually in these cases the unoriginal author who misused the interpretations, writings and other's ideas as "his own idea" is a criminal activity and not at all entertained. Jeremy in this case stole his brothers ideas, works, interpretations and applied knowledge as his own without a proper credit.
As far as I know it , In Brainly too , plagiarism is taken quite seriously, some people might do wrong moderation on their behalf, for that, there are some conditions applied here as well...
1) If you're the author of that work and have done some serious job to establish and showcase your imaginations, then it'll be your content and will be classified as "your content". Yeah then it'll be fine to reuse the work and enjoy the rights as per the rules of Brainly and other Academia.
2) If it's not your work, the content is then analysed (and in the case of Jeremy too these two conditions are implied ) for any copied or plagiarised texts. Basically if it's not her work then proper credit should be given. If it ain't providing one, simple , delete it or discard it.
In conclusion plagiarism is a serious felony and a typical law which is same for everyone. So option D best fits the criteria for it .....
HOPE THIS HELPS YOU AND CLEARS YOUR DOUBTS FOR PLAGIARISM AND ILLEGAL CONTENT USE!!!!!
