Now, For Area of 4 quadrants
Radius=6cm and angle=90°
So, Area=4×90/360×314/100×6×6
=314/100×6×6=113.04cm^2
Now, Area of shaded Region
=Area of Square- Area of 4 quadrants
=144-113.04=30.96cm^2
