Equation given :
(6m+1)/3 + 1 = (m-3)/6
On taking 3 as LCM on left hand side :
(6m+1+3)/3 = (m-3)/6
On cross multiplication :
6(6m+4) = 3(m-3)
36m+24 = 3m-9
36m-3m = -9-24
33m = -33
m = -33/33
m = -1
