(a) As they are in series

R=20+4=24ohm

(b)Current in the CIRCUIT, I=V/R

I=24/6=4 ampere

(c) potential difference across electric BULB, V=IR

V=20*4=80 volt

(d) potential difference across the wire,V=IR

V=4*4=16 volt
