(iv) : CD as velocity is decreasing with time that means there is retardation nd as the slope is not straight that means the retardation is varying.

(v) distance = speed × time

= area of trapezium

EABF. + area of

rectangle FBCD

=1/2×(10+35)×3. + 5×35

= 135/2+ 175

=67.5+175

=242.5km
