 Compare \:p(x) = x^{3} +px^{2}-pqrx + r \: with \\ax^{3} + bx^{2} + cx + d, \: we \:get

 a = 1 , \:b= p , \: c = -pqr , \: d = r

 Given \: \alpha , \beta \: and \: \gamma \: are \\zeroes \: of \: p(x)

 i) \alpha + \beta+\gamma = \frac{-b}{a} \\= \frac{-p}{1} \\= -p \: ---(1)

 ii) \alpha  \beta\gamma = \frac{-d}{a} \\= \frac{-r}{1} \\= -r \: ---(2)

 Now, Value \:of \: \frac{1}{\alpha \beta} + \frac{1}{\beta \gamma} +\frac{1}{\gamma \alpha} \\= \frac{\alpha + \beta + \gamma }{\alpha  \beta\gamma}\\= \frac{-p}{-r} \\= \frac{p}{r}

Therefore.,

 Option \: \pink { (b) }\: is \: correct.
