y - 2x = -3

We write it in intercept form as

x/ (3/2) +y/-3 = 1

GRAPH IS REFERRED TO THE ATTACHMENT

CHECK ::

y - 2x = - 3

Putting x = 2, y = 3 in both sides of y - 2x = - 3 we get

3 - 6 = - 3

-3 = - 3

So (2,3) is a point on y - 2x = - 3
