1)Normal force between 3kg and 5kg will be the weight of 3kg block=3×10=30N

Normal reaction force between the ground and 7kg block will be the weight of all the bricks together=(5+3+7)×10=150N

Their ratio=30/150=1/5

2)If we take man and cart as a system then we can say that there is no external forces acting

Due to this reason momentum will remain conserved

Initial momentum =(60+140)×6=1200

Taking the velocity of cart be v

Final momentum=60×10+140×v

1200=600+140v

v=60/14

v=4.4m/s

Since the velocity is positive,so the cart will move in the same direction as initial
