 {n}^{8}  = 256 \\  n =  \sqrt[8]{256}  = 2 \\  \\ we \: got \: n = 2 \\  {n}^{3}  + 2n^{2}  + n + 1 \\  \\  {2}^{3}  + 2(2)^{2}  + 2 + 1 \\  \\ 8 + 8 + 2 + 1 = 19

Hence the answer is 19.
