We have the values of tan A and tan B. Substitute the values of tan A and tan B in the other equation, i.e,
tan(A+B) = tan A + tan B / 1 - tanAtanB
So, we will get,
tan(A+B) = 1/3 + 1/2 divided by 1 - 1/3 * 1/2
= 2+3/6 divided by 1 - 1/6
= 5/6 divided by 6-1/6
= 5/6 divided by 5/6
= 1
We know that tan 45 = 1 and we also got tan(A+B) = 1
Thus A+B = 45
tan(A+B) = tan A + tan B / 1 - tanAtanB
So, we will get,
tan(A+B) = 1/3 + 1/2 divided by 1 - 1/3 * 1/2
= 2+3/6 divided by 1 - 1/6
= 5/6 divided by 6-1/6
= 5/6 divided by 5/6
= 1
We know that tan 45 = 1 and we also got tan(A+B) = 1
Thus A+B = 45
