ANS 1) The hydrochloric acid in our stomach helps in maintaining necessary pH value needed for proper digestion of the food and it also cleans any harmful bacteria that enters the stomach with food material that we eat.
ANS 2) Although acetic acid is soluble in water it is still weak acid because it has less number of hydrogen atoms H+ so acetic acid is a weak acid.
