i) Isotopes have the same atomic number but different mass numbers.
The number of protons and electrons is the same, but number of neutrons is different.
So, the number of electrons are the same and they will also have the same electronic configuration. The number of valence electrons will also be the same, so, they will form the same ions and will have the same reactivity, ionization energy and positive nuclear charges, showing same chemical behaviour. Hence, isotopes have same chemical properties but different physical properties and appearance, etc.
ii) Isotopes are electrically neutral as the number of protons and electrons in them are the same, so the net charge is equal to zero. Hence, all isotopes are electrically neutral.
