Dhinu: x1 = a + b(2)^2 = a + 4b , x2 = a + b(4)^2 = a + 16b .... total distance travelled = x2 - x1 = 12b = 30 m ..... and total time taken = 2 sec .... so, average velocity = 30/2 = 15 m /sec
